NEOTREND INCLUSION: DEGREE, COMPETENCE, MOBILITY
The project fills the gap in the EHEA of a cross-border study programme with a focus on the international Inclusion perspective and the university-wide, cross-national implementation of Diversity in the broad sense of a concept encompassing all categories of difference.

WHAT THIS PROJECT IS ABOUT
General Goal
The overall goal of the EMDM project is to facilitate prospective students an international cross-cutting postgraduate education in D&I, enabling them to experience how these topics are studied and applied across different countries within the European Union.
The main focus is put on teaching students with different backgrounds and training professionals with different backgrounds to raise everyone’s awareness of these issues and facilitate the advances in a truly inclusive Europe.
Specific Goals of the Project
Creating a pool of professionals
With an international and integrative view of how D&I should be approached to favour an inclusive Europe.
Internationalisation of the curricula
of the individual participating HEIs increasing at the same time the attractiveness among prospective students.
Developing a manual process for designing a multiple degree
and establishing inclusive standards by conceiving a Master programme offered at five European locations, with D&I as a focus, both in terms of subject content and administrative – organisational aspects.
The 2021 proposal did not obtain funding but the engaged universities from Bielefeld, Örebro, Jaén, Salerno and Suceava, are working on improving the proposal and presenting it again in the future calls.
