Reduction of stress as well as the strengthening of resources and the recording of needs, for example in the form of surveys on working and study conditions (Data-supported organisational development, health as a cross-cutting theme)

Description
The NEOLAiA Student Services Network is dedicated to the continuous enhancement of student support and service quality within our alliance. Student services staff is encouraged to participate in collaborative efforts with their peers, exchange best practices, share experiences, and work together to improve services and processes for students at all member universities.
Student services include non acedemic related services such as: student events, clubs/societies/organisations, student union, accommodation, sports, councelling services et al.

Responsible Internationalisation experts
Description
The NEOLAiA network of Responsible Internationalisation experts gathers professionals from several different areas related to issues such as: Student and staff safety while on mobility; export control; campus safety; inclusion of international students and staff; information security. The network invites members from diverse professional background, e.g. security experts, international office staff, IT security experts, and data managers.
Ideas for topics to be shared
Examples of issues that may be discussed in the network include:
- What countries/universities to collaborate with
- How to support students and staff during critical events (e.g. war, natural disasters, terrorism) while they are abroad
- How to prepare students and staff for going abroad, related to e.g. cultural, IT, and safety issues
- How to deal with ethical issues when collaborating with international partners
The exact topics that will be discussed depends largely on the composition of the network.

Description
The NEOLAiA General Services Network invites staff to join a collaborative forum designed to bridge the gap between local expertise and international impact by increasing their English language competence. This professional community focuses on empowering staff with the communication tools necessary to navigate an international academic landscape, share best practices, and build lasting peer networks across the alliance. In this programme, professional development and language fluency go hand-in-hand: language skills are developed naturally as a by-product of solving real-world work challenges together.
