NEOTeAch
NEOTeAch programme enables students from the alliance NEOLAiA to create digital materials (e.g. podcasts, videos, webpages, etc…). Students work under the surpervision of teachers to develop multilingual digital materials with an educational purpose, supported and trained by multimedia engineers. Teachers, students and multimedia engineers work remotely to create those materials which are meant to be disseminated to the NEOLAiA academic community as well as the general public.
Learning differently
Students gather ressources (interviews, bibliography, studies, etc.) and produce scientific content accessible to a larger public. This approach allows students to be active in learning their subject.
Cross disciplinary skills
Students can practice team project management and design of digital content (photography, video editing, sound recording, scriptwriting, etc.) while being coached by multimedia engineers.
International dimension
Students from at least two universities work together remotely to produce content in English and int the local language. In addition to improving their language skills, they will develop their intercultural, cooperation and solidarity skills.
Dissemination of knowledge
The bilingual content produced by the students for the general public will be published on the NEOLAiA website and disseminated through the NEOLAiA alliance.

Names of the Students: Rebeca-Mădălina Costruș, Elisabeta Luca, Beniamin Manole and Dumitru Moldovan
Description:
This course was carried out with the Bank Finance specialization, year 3, within the Accounting, Audit and Finance Department. Modern banks are no longer just places to store savings, but true partners in managing personal and business finances. With products tailored to each customer’s needs – from savings accounts and credit cards, to flexible lending solutions and expert financial advice – they offer the security of efficient resource management. Correct information and responsible use of financial instruments lay the foundations for a healthy relationship with money, reduce the risks of over-indebtedness and give the freedom to plan personal and professional goals with confidence. The better we understand these services, the more we can use them to our advantage. In this way, financial education becomes the key to a secure future, and banks – trusted partners along the way.
This video attempts to introduce the reader to some notions, ideas and information about banks and the services they provide. It defines banking products and services, presents their sales market, the sales method and the main banking products and services available on the Romanian banking market (and not only here).
