Summer School I Flavors of Belonging: Emotions, Identities and Food Heritage

Students will explore how food connects with cultural heritage, memory, identity and belonging, and how these connections relate to displacement and sustainability. They will also learn to use digital and participatory research methods to investigate these issues through Social Sciences and Humanities perspectives.
