This KPI dashboard provides a transparent, real-time overview of NEOLAiA’s implementation across all Work Packages and key performance indicators. Powered by a web-based platform that continuously collects both qualitative and quantitative data from project activities, it offers up-to-date insights into progress, performance, and alignment with planned objectives.

In addition to tracking results, the dashboard supports informed decision-making by offering guidance for KPI interpretation and by explaining the extent to which the existing KPIs—as defined in the Description of Action (DoA)—have been effective in assessing and measuring project progress. The dashboard helps partners and stakeholders monitor achievements against the NEOLAiA 4-year plan. Milestones highlight key decision points and institutional set-ups, while deliverables represent concrete outputs that are submitted and validated over time. 

Together, these indicators provide a concise yet comprehensive snapshot of the project’s current status and its advancement toward NEOLAiA’s strategic goals.
