The NEOLAiA Early-Stage Researchers Seminar Series (NESS) offers an inviting and dynamic platform for Early-Stage Researchers and anyone within the NEOLAiA Alliance seeking to deepen their understanding of key research topics and interdisciplinary approaches.

This online seminar series provides a unique opportunity to explore critical themes such as academic integrity and freedom, interdisciplinary research, career development, internationalization, diversity and inclusion in research, open science and data management and research funding and ethics.

Mentoring programme

The NEOLAiA ESR Mentoring Programme is a unique initiative designed to support Early-Stage Researchers (ESRs), including doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers, in developing their careers within and beyond academia.

Participants are paired with experienced mentors from NEOLAiA partner universities, offering guidance in career development, networking, publication strategies, and more. The programme of 18 months includes tailored workshops, mentor-mentee meetings, and an international mobility experience to enhance collaboration and professional growth.
