Reflecting on Achievements and Defining Future Goals

The first day of the General Meeting focused on collaboration and strategic reflection. Participants took part in two workshops where they evaluated the progress made across the Alliance and discussed how the different work packages could be strengthened in the future.

The discussions focused on identifying successful practices, understanding challenges faced during implementation, and exploring new opportunities for cooperation. Delegates also exchanged ideas on new activities and initiatives that could further enhance the Alliance’s impact on students, researchers, staff members, and regional communities.

The workshops were followed by joint reflection sessions where participants collectively discussed lessons learned and defined new goals for the next phase of the NEOLAiA Alliance. The open and constructive atmosphere highlighted the strong commitment of all partners to continuous improvement and meaningful European collaboration.
