The NEOLAiA Alliance is pleased to invite research support professionals to the NEOLAiA Research Support Team (RST) Seminar 2025, to be held at Örebro University (Sweden), May 20-22, 2025. Organised by the University of Tours (France) and the university of Örebro (Sweden), this event will bring together NEOLAiA research support staff to share best practices, improve collaboration and develop strategies to increase regional research impact.
A Platform for Knowledge Exchange and Innovation
The NEOLAiA RST Seminar is aimed at professionals from the fields of research administration. Three research support networks will be reunited to work on science communication, research data management and PhD studies.
It provides a unique opportunity to engage in discussions on pressing challenges and emerging trends in research funding.Key highlights of the event include expert presentations, thematic workshops, visits and networking sessions and interactive sessions to develop actions plans within the NEOLAiA alliance.
Overview of the seminar programme
The three-day seminar offers a mix of plenary sessions, panel discussions and practical workshops for the three research support teams, including:
- PhD support: exploring joint degree agreements, funding opportunities and best practices in course development.
- Scientific communication: internal and external communication strategies and AI in science communication.
- Research data management: Practical insights into data repositories, management plans and institutional approaches.
- Future Collaboration with a focus on strengthening NEOLAiA partnership.
